	Represents standards for business accreditation by BBB. Businesses based in the United States and Canada that meet these standards and complete all application procedures will be accredited by BBB. The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.

	North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified technicians. NATE is an independent, third-party non-profit certification which is earned through tests which validates the technician’s knowledge and a training program’s instruction. Organizations that are part of the NATE coalition include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers

	ACCA is a group of over 4,000 air conditioning contractors who work together to improve our industry, promote good practices, and keep homes and buildings safe, clean and comfortable.

	ASHRAE develops standards for both its members and others professionally concerned with refrigeration processes and the design and maintenance of indoor environments.

	Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association with 77 chapters representing 25,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms with two million employees. ABC's membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.
