Merritt Island Air & Heat Inc. has been a Trane Dealer for over 37 years. However, for the past few years, we’ve also offered and installed Amana products as an alternative to the Trane Product line. The Amana product line is meant for our customers that are looking for a system with medium efficiency, in the 15 SEER range, at an extremely affordable price. These systems are equipped with a variable speed motor for enhanced humidity control, a 10 year parts and labor warranty, and a limited lifetime condenser replacement warranty if the compressor ever fails.
