Merritt Island Air and Heat has been an independent Trane Comfort Specialist™ dealer since the merger of General Electric and Trane over 30 years ago. We will do everything possible to help save you money on your electric bill. A design load calculation will always be performed to make sure your unit is properly sized. We will inspect all ductwork visually and measure the internal static pressure of your duct system to ensure proper airflow and system design that will meet the size of your unit.
